- Support pharmacy operations by optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and enhancing the customer experience.
Pharmacy Technician
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will:
- Assist pharmacists with prescription management and liaise with physicians’ offices and insurance companies regarding medications.
- Communicate with patients in-store and over the phone to address questions and provide top-notch customer service.
- Perform tasks under a pharmacist's direction to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
Front-End Clerk
As a Front-End Clerk, you will:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while assisting the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician with customer service and maintaining the pharmacy, sales floor, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) departments.
- Engage with customers, provide service and sales support, and contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and front-end processes.
Delivery Driver
As a Delivery Driver, you will:
- Ensure timely and professional delivery of medications to customers.
- Engage with customers during deliveries, providing excellent service while maintaining accurate delivery records.
- Support the pharmacy team by assisting with front-end operations as needed.
