He completed his B.S. degree from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville and earned his pharmacy degree from the McWhorter School of Pharmacy at Samford University in Birmingham, AL.
Dr. Wallace owned and operated Wallace Pharmacy in Dover for more than 16 years. David is a former member of the Stewart County Board of Education and served eight years as Stewart County Mayor.
Dr. Wallace along with his wife, Dr. Debbie S. Wallace, a dentist, are active members of First Baptist Church of Dover and many other community endeavors. They have participated in many medical missions trips to Central America over the years.
David is truly committed to his community and his patients at DFP.
